I mean, I don't want to sound snobby or anything  Television Addicts Anonymous - Page 2 1979527395  but while I can understand if people like that show (it has it's moments just like any sitcom), I find raving about it is a bit, well.......incomprehensible. It's not good on any level that I can get my brain to agree to associate the word "love" with.

And Kat Dennings looks a bit like a pre-op tranny. Just sayin'!!  Television Addicts Anonymous - Page 2 242269567

I actually think Kat Dennings is attractive. I just find her acting to be atrocious in that sitcom. I actually like her in other things though.

I kind of feel like 2 broke girls is a constant barrage of one liners that aren't nearly as funny as the writer seems to think they are. Or at least that is how it comes off to me.

Plus their over use of sexual innuendos just seems a bit lazy. Kind of playing off the ol' cliche of "Sex sells"...

I know I'm sounding snobby and that's not my intention by any means lol.

Moving away from oh so exciting 2BG dissection, I'm gonna enjoy watching Brooklyn Nine Nine. Andy Samberg as a cop is very believable, which surprised me.

Now that's a quality show. Not sure about 'believable' though, it IS a comedy.

Though the comedy doesn't really just come from him. When the show first started I thought he was gonna carry a lot of the comedy from the show on his shoulders mostly but it's been nice seeing that he has a serious side to balance the comedy.

It really makes so when he solves crimes and whatnot on the show, it doesn't come across as a total shock. Really fits with the essence of the show, where he is the best detective but he doesn't get far because he doesn't take the job a seriously as he should.

The cast is supreme and everyone has their own comic foibles. Andre Braugher is a real highlight, especially as the season progresses and the guy who plays Boyle is just perfect. Then there is Terry Crews who is just great in everything, even the bad stuff. Television Addicts Anonymous - Page 2 3174727561

House of Cards second season has been on Netflix for a week and a half, almost two... didn't watch it yet. I'm barely in the mood for series.

I'm just gonna put this here.

I absolutely cannot stand the concept of "Breaking Bad" The idea of a meth dealer as a protagonist makes me want to vomit in my mouth each time I consider it.

Fair enough. I just grew up around enough meth addicts that even the promos turned me completely off the show

Except the random episode here and there, never followed HIMYM.

Had a good laugh one day cos one couple (never remember their names) had a random theory where a couple is well balanced when one member likes olives and the other doesn't. My GF and I are exactly the same, so we got a silly laugh attack. It's not that great of a joke, but caught us off guard.

I've recently been watching a lot of Dexter... I hear it gets bad eventually but the early seasons are fun to watch.

I watch cool shows after its no longer cool to watch. Wink That's why I started watching Breaking Bad after it's last season. haha
